Change or Upgrade CPU

Dynaplan and its integrated ancillary products require CPU-specific authorization codes for execution. If you are planning a CPU change or upgrade or a disaster recovery test, please contact us in advance to receive new authorization codes. You will need to provide the following information: CPU Change or Upgrade Old CPU Model and Serial Number New CPU Model and Serial Number Release of Dynaplan that you are running Date of change or upgrade Depending on the processor groups of your old and new CPU's, there may be an upgrade fee associated with this change. If your maintenance contract has expired, there may be an administrative fee associated with this change. It is therefore advisable to contact us as much in advance of the change as possible to insure a smooth transition for your users. If you have a site license and are current on maintenance, there are no fees associated with a CPU change or upgrade.
