This message means that uni-SPF was not able to write to the file
SPFPROF.tbl in your $HOME directory. A common way this can happen
is that you have previously 'su'd to root or another userid, then
started uni-SPF. This will result in an SPFPROF.tbl file being created
in your HOME directory with a different owner. When you are logged
on as yourself, you are no longer able to write to this file. To
correct the problem, remove the SPFPROF.tbl file before entering
uni-SPF.
Occasionally, we see this problem when more than one person is
logged on using the same userid. This is a dangerous practice, and
is not supported within uni-SPF.
